This plugin allows you to collect wedding anniversaries from your visitors and then display them in a widget or page via shortcode. This is designed for radio stations who offer an anniversaries feature on the air.
The plugin generates two shortcodes. One is a form your visitors fill out with their significant date and how they want their names mentions. For example, John & Joan Smith could enter an upcoming date as their 25th wedding anniversary. On the date, another shortcode would display all anniversaries for that date.
Admin approves all entries and can manually add entries as well. Notice of entry can be sent to any email address.
With slight modifications, plugin could be used for birthdays or any significant date.
This version tested for WP6 and PHP8
